Horizon Ridge is centrally located to it all! Less than 10 minutes from Blue Ridge, 10 minutes from McCaysville, your choices of adventures are endless! Restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and a variety of entertainment options exist in either direction.
Just off highway 5, the cabin sits at the top of the ridge, via all paved roads. Currently the only cabin located on the street, creating exclusive privacy. Greeted with lush landscaping, you will be mesmerized by the unobstructed panoramic views and love the outdoor space created specifically to soak it all in! Amazing views without the steep, curvy roads. The property, while set back 1/2 mile, does overlook a main road and you will get some road noise from the decks because of the unobstructed view.
Entry is provided by a code that you will receive the day before arrival. You will step directly into a bright inviting setting with large glass windows showcasing the view.
The fully equipped kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances, will be at the center of your entry. It features a large granite counter top island, bar stool seating, and all the conveniences of home. There are two coffee options, drip coffee and Keurig (K cups provided).
The living room is centered to the cabin. It has modern furniture, an electric fireplace, 65” smart TV, dining trays, and accordion sliding door that creates a large open air living space directly to the main level deck.
The main level deck has a dining table, with seating for 8, gas grill, and additional seating areas.
There are two queen suites on the main level. One to the left and the other to the right. Both have 65” smart TVs and walk-in showers.
The lower level provides another living space, featuring two cozy chairs, a combo foosball, air hockey game, two stand up arcade games, table, wet bar and 65” smart TV.
The lower level deck is directly off the living space. It has two seating areas with great long-range views and direct access to the hot tub and fire pit located to the right of the deck. The hot tub and fire pit are very private and provide excellent views with outdoor string lights for the perfect nighttime ambiance.
Two other bedrooms are located on the lower level. One queen suite to the left, featuring a walk-in shower, with 65” smart tv, deck access and the second is to the right with a set of twin bunk beds and deck access.
A shared bathroom is located just outside the bunkbed room with a tub/shower combo.
Black out blinds are on the lower level windows for each bedroom. There are curtains for the door windows in the bedrooms. There are no window coverings on the higher windows above the bed or doors.
An EV Outlet is available for guests use. Please note the following:
Our property features a NEMA 14-50 outlet, capable of Level 2 EV charging at 240 volts.
•Guests must bring their own charging cable and adapter compatible with NEMA 14-50.
