Your stay begins with easy self-check-in using a digital door code provided three days before arrival. Enter through the front porch into the beautifully designed kitchen area, where you’ll immediately be greeted by the cabin’s open-concept living space and capturing long-range mountain views. It is an inviting atmosphere that creates the perfect first impression, blending modern comfort with stunning natural beauty.

The gourmet kitchen features a spacious island, stainless steel appliances, and abundant cabinet and counter space, making meal preparation both convenient and enjoyable. A Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods is provided, to start your day with the sights and sounds of Mother Nature! The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while four bar stools at the island provide additional casual dining space.

The cozy living room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with vaulted ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light while showcasing amazing views. An electric fireplace adds comfort and ambiance, and a 65-inch smart TV provides the perfect setup for relaxing evenings and entertainment.

Just off the living area, the expansive deck offers three distinct outdoor gathering spaces designed to take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy al fresco dining with a view at the large table that seats up to 10 guests, perfect for family meals and memorable evenings together. A separate seating area just outside the primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat to read a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind with your favorite afternoon cocktail. For cooler evenings, gather around the gas fire table, where comfortable seating creates the ideal setting for casual conversation and relaxation under the stars. A gas grill is also provided, giving the grill master in your group everything needed to prepare delicious outdoor meals.

The primary king suite is conveniently located to the left of the kitchen, offering a peaceful retreat from the main living area. A charming barn door separates the suite from the hallway and en-suite bathroom, creating added privacy and a true sanctuary feel. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, bedside tables with lamps, a cozy area rug, and a 55-inch smart TV for relaxing after a day of adventure. Located to the right of the kitchen are two comfortable queen bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned on either side of a shared bathroom. The bathroom features double vanities and a large walk-in shower, providing plenty of space for guests to prepare for the day.

The bedroom to the left of the bathroom enjoys beautiful mountain views and is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, lamps, a cozy area rug, and a smart TV for added comfort and entertainment. The bedroom to the right of the bathroom faces the front of the home and overlooks the parking area. It is equally well-appointed with a queen bed, bedside tables, lamps, an area rug, and a smart TV, creating a welcoming and relaxing space for guests.

Venture downstairs to the lower-level living area, where a spacious second gathering space is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The inviting lounge features a large sectional sofa, side table, coffee table, and a cozy area rug, centered around a 75-inch smart TV—perfect for watching the big game or enjoying a family movie night.

Just steps away, the game room offers even more fun with a pool table that easily converts into a ping pong table for versatile play. An additional 55-inch smart TV adds to the entertainment options, making it easy to keep up with multiple games or streaming favorites. This vibrant space features a Pop-A-Shot basketball game, a multi-game table with a variety of play options, and a stand-up Pac-Man arcade machine offering several classic games. Wall mounted magnetic game boards provide timeless favorites including chess, tic-tac-toe, checkers, and backgammon adding choices for everyone!

The room also includes a comfortable sofa and a large-screen TV, creating an escape for downtime between games or movie watching. A mini-fridge adds extra convenience, keeping snacks and drinks close at hand for the ultimate hangout space.

To the right of the game room is a fun and inviting kids’ bedroom designed with flexibility and comfort in mind. The room features two sets of bunk beds, including an XL twin over queen and a twin over twin configuration, providing plenty of sleeping space for kids or additional guests.

A thick, comfortable area rug anchors the room, creating a cozy space to spread out, play board games, or simply relax after a day of adventure. The layout is perfect for both playtime and downtime, offering a warm and welcoming retreat for younger guests.

The lower level is also equipped with a full bathroom featuring a convenient tub and shower combo, along with a single vanity for everyday use. This setup provides everything needed for guests staying on this floor.

There is a dedicated laundry room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a laundry tub for added convenience. Laundry pods are provided for guests.

Outdoor enjoyment begins the moment you step onto the patio, where a range of amenities creates the perfect setting for relaxation and recreation. A five-person hot tub offers a soothing place to unwind, while a traditional barrel sauna provides a rejuvenating spa-like experience.

For many families, no getaway is complete without their four-legged companions, and this cabin is thoughtfully dog-friendly to welcome them. Guests may bring up to two dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs., so your furry friends can be part of the adventure.

To help keep the home comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture and beds. When outside, all dogs must be kept on a leash for their safety and the enjoyment of others. A conveniently located waste bag station is provided on the front porch, making it easy to clean up after your pets. Thank you for helping keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone.

The road leading to the cabin is a well maintained gravel road and does not require an AWD or 4x4 vehicle. The road does include some turns and hills to reach the peak where the cabin is located. It is about ½ mile off highway 515.

There is enough parking for up to five vehicles and the area is very level with plenty of room to maneuver around.

If you are not use to driving on gravel mountains roads these are some tips to maneuver:
-Take the vehicle out of traction control
-Use lower gear
-Keep a steady pace
-Do not cut turns sharp but stay to the high side of the road

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If you fill up the trash cans before your departure there is a neighborhood dumpster just down the gravel entrance you can use. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal location inside the neighborhood.

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
