Inside, you'll find a gourmet kitchen, all-new furnishings, games, a dedicated workspace, and a bright sunroom featuring a dreamy swinging bed. With 3 bedrooms, 2 and half baths, a level yard, garage, dog bath, and dog-friendly accommodations, it's a North Georgia escape with luxury, comfort and style!

Getting to Stone Creek Cottage is easy, with all-paved roads and convenient access just a short distance from Georgia State Route 515. The drive winds through beautiful mountain scenery, offering peaceful views of rolling hills, forests, and the natural beauty of North Georgia before arriving at the cabin.

Entrance to Stone Creek Cottage is through the breezeway using a secure access code, which will be provided three days prior to your arrival for a smooth and convenient self-check-in experience.

Upon entering the cottage, you'll step into a welcoming mudroom designed for convenience. This dedicated space provides hooks for coats, room to remove shoes, and a place to set down bags and belongings before settling in and exploring your home away from home.

The hallway opens into the main living room, where vaulted ceilings and warm décor create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Relax on the large sectional sofa by the cozy gas fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or gather with family and friends in this comfortable, welcoming space.

The living area flows seamlessly into a spacious gourmet kitchen, specifically designed for both cooking and gathering. Featuring an expansive island with three bar chairs, beautiful Level 3 granite countertops, and abundant cabinet and counter space, the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family meals. Stainless steel appliances include a double oven, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator. A dedicated coffee station offers a drip coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder, with coffee pods provided to help you start each morning with ease.

The dining area features a round table with four comfortable seats, creating a wonderful conversational setting. A center insert allows the table to expand to seating for six when needed, with the additional chairs located in the living room for easy access.

Just off the kitchen, the sunroom offers a peaceful retreat filled with natural light. Surrounded by multiple windows that showcase the surrounding scenery, this inviting space features a comfortable sofa, additional seating area, and a charming swinging bed—perfect for reading a book, relaxing while taking in the beauty of the mountains or a quick nap after the day's adventures!

The main-level king ensuite is conveniently connected to both the kitchen and sunroom, offering easy access while still feeling private and restful. The bedroom features a plush pillow-top king mattress for ultimate comfort, along with a cozy area rug, side tables with lamps, a dresser, and a changing bench. A large walk-in closet provides ample storage, while the private bathroom includes double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. A Smart TV on a rolling rack adds flexibility, allowing it to be enjoyed in the bedroom or moved into the sunroom for added relaxation.

Just off the sunroom, the screened porch offers a relaxing outdoor escape in any season. Unwind in the 5-person hot tub and let the stress melt away, or enjoy the open porch seating while sipping your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Surrounded by the peaceful mountain setting, it’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and take in the fresh air.

Upstairs, a spacious loft offers a fun arcade game for entertainment. This level also includes two well-appointed king bedrooms, each featuring side tables with lamps, dressers, area rugs, and Smart TVs for a relaxing stay. A large shared bathroom completes the upstairs space, offering double vanities and a tub/shower combo for added comfort and convenience.

Back down at the mudroom entrance, you’ll find a convenient half bath along with a separate laundry room designed for both comfort and practicality. The laundry space includes a stackable washer and dryer, a prep sink, and a dedicated dog bath station—making it easy to freshen up after outdoor adventures or take care of everyday needs during your stay.

Family fun and entertainment are located in the attached garage, conveniently connected to the breezeway entrance. Inside, you’ll find a poker table, a variety of board games, and a giant Jenga set for hours of enjoyment, along with parking space for one car. The garage also includes an EV plug on the wall (guests will need to provide their own cords and adapters for use). For added convenience, a rolling cart is available to easily transport items to the nearby fire pit accessible outside the side door.

The fire pit area is located about 40 yards away, connected by a gravel and stone walkway. Set beside a small flowing creek, this cozy outdoor space is perfect for gathering under the stars. It features remote-controlled string lights, comfortable Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a camping BBQ grill (charcoal not provided). It’s an inviting spot to unwind, enjoy good company, and take in the sounds of nature.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Thursday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
