Flutter B’s Landing was inspired by the incredible importance of bees, birds, and butterflies to our ecosystem and food supply. These amazing creatures play a vital role in pollination and sustaining the natural world around us.

Their vibrant colors, constant movement, and captivating details bring a sense of life, activity, and beauty to the cabin. We wanted Flutter B’s Landing to celebrate that same energy through its décor and design, creating a playful yet elegant retreat where guests can relax, reconnect with nature, and appreciate the little things that make our world so extraordinary.

And, of course, we couldn’t leave out our friendly bear mascot, Flutter—the fourth “B” who helps make Flutter B’s Landing truly one of a kind!

The journey to Flutter B’s Landing is part of the experience. Located just 15 minutes from Blue Ridge and 10 minutes from McCaysville, the drive winds through the natural beauty of North Georgia. Meandering along peaceful country roads, you’ll pass through lush forests, rolling hills, picturesque farms, and stunning mountain scenery.

As the landscape unfolds around you, the pace seems to slow, offering a beautiful transition from everyday life to the peaceful mountain retreat that awaits at Flutter B’s Landing.

Step into the comfort and style of this brand-new luxury cabin, thoughtfully designed with space, convenience, and relaxation in mind. With a covered carport and generous driveway, there’s ample parking for up to five vehicles, making it easy to arrive and settle in.

Enter directly from the covered parking area into the cabin’s spacious, open-concept living area. The bright and inviting layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.

To the left, the beautifully appointed kitchen features a large center island, stainless-steel appliances, abundant cabinetry, and generous counter space—perfect for everything from morning coffee to preparing a family dinner.

The adjacent dining area continues the open, welcoming design, offering seating for eight at the dining table plus three additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Whether you’re sharing a meal, playing games, or simply enjoying conversation, this space is designed to bring everyone together.

The living room is the centerpiece of the main floor, creating a warm and inviting gathering space for family and friends. Relax on the large leather sectional sofa while enjoying the cozy ambiance of the gas fireplace. A 55-inch TV is perfect for movie nights, catching the game, or simply unwinding after a day in the mountains, while the stylish area rug adds warmth and comfort to the space.

Flutter B’s Landing features two spacious king suites on the main level, conveniently located on opposite sides of the living room, with each offering its own unique character and direct access to the outdoor living spaces.

To the left of the living room is the Bird Room, the luxurious master suite inspired by the beauty and importance of birds. This peaceful retreat features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, 55-inch TV, changing seat, and elegant bird-themed décor. The room features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamp, a chest, and a 43-inch TV. Like the Bird Room, Flutter’s Den offers direct access to the deck and outdoor fireplace area, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the cabin’s beautiful outdoor spaces.

The Bird Room master bathroom is designed to feel spacious, luxurious, and relaxing. The large bathroom features dual vanities, providing plenty of room and convenience for two, along with an impressive double shower and a large soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the North Georgia mountains.

The second main-level bathroom offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience, with direct access from the adjoining king suite as well as easy access from the main living area. While more intimate in size, it is designed with everything guests need, including a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Just off the dining area, Flutter B’s Landing offers a separate, spacious laundry room for your convenience. The room features a full-size washer and dryer with plenty of space to comfortably handle laundry during your stay.

Step outside onto the spacious main-level deck, where indoor comfort meets the beauty of the North Georgia mountains. Just off the master bedroom, a cozy seating area offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the fresh mountain air.

The deck is spacious, featuring a dining table for six, a large sectional sofa, coffee table, gas fireplace, and 43-inch TV—creating an inviting outdoor living room that can be enjoyed throughout the day and into the evening.

But the best part may be the sounds of nature surrounding you. Listen to the birds, enjoy the rustling trees, and take in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Be sure to look to the right of the deck toward our bird feeders, thoughtfully placed to attract a variety of feathered visitors.

Venture downstairs to discover the large game room, where the fun really begins!

Challenge someone to a game of shuffleboard or air hockey, grab a drink at the wet bar, or gather around the card table for some friendly competition. Test your skills on the PAC-Man arcade game, explore the selection of board games, or enjoy the magnetic wall games.

Comfortable swivel chairs and a 65-inch TV create the perfect place to relax between games, watch a movie, or cheer on your favorite team.

With something for everyone, this is more than a game room—it’s the ultimate family entertainment area, designed for laughter, friendly competition, and memories that will last long after your stay.

Conveniently located just off the game room, the shared Butterfly bathroom provides easy access for both downstairs guests and those enjoying the entertainment area. It features double vanities and a tub/shower combination.
